Just for fun - a surf simulator! This is what happens when you combine a noise generator and some oscillators with a couple of beers. I'm quite pleased with the simulation of wind noise distorting the open microphone, though ;)
The controls are childishly simply, fiddle with them and see what happens. There are also a few preset beaches for you to lie on :)
